Muay Thai- Kickboxing sessions at the Gorilla Gym are made as safe as possible. We practice sparring in a controlled atmosphere wearing full protective padding because we realize most people have jobs or school in the morning.
Muay Thai improves endurance, strength, muscle tone, coordination and flexibility. It also builds lean muscle and burns fat. Muay Thai -Kickboxing is one of the best cardiovascular workouts. You can burn up to 800 calories in a one hour class!!
